If you've been following Kim Kardashian's online musings lately (and who among us hasn't?) then you've known something big has been afoot.
And after a few weeks of teasing us with mysterious hashtags, bizarre facial dotting and photographic rump measurements, E!'s reality starlet has finally let the (platform, studded, patent) shoe drop.
